
Cross practice started tonight. I still feel pretty lethargic from the weekend. Buddy captured it best probably, post race depression. Practice tonight wasn't all that organized, and I frankly wasn't all that motivated. I did 25 sets of barriers and called it a night. Next week will be more organized I promise, complete with some efforts.
Anyway I'm gonna go sit with my wife and kanoodle.

Damn Boy. I got my LT's and a set of MK's in this morning during a 51 mile ride. 'Cause like Bi Run says, cross is like 15 days away!
