saved my day...

Rode the Wooden Wheels Shop ride tonight. It was very fun, harkened back to a time when I was in college and looked forward to the weekly shop rides. The group was much more good spirited and less "I'm gonna kill you sucka!" than when we used to ride, but suffering from Post 7 Springs depression, it was really what I was looking for. Buddy came too. He rode at the front of the pack most of the night. I rode towards the middle chatting with Andrew and Kim from the U of D team. They were very cool. Like I said it was a really nice ride, I will make it back in the coming weeks. Dennis D was a very good ride leader, thanks for letting me tag on.

Well, gotta rock I have an 8:30am meeting for which I outta be in great shape.
