Wednesday Standard Volume 8.0

Mother Nature remains in a manic state in the area. Rain threatened our ride all day, and I was grateful we could push off before anything came in... Ultimately, we would catch a few drops, but the trails were super good. Ted took a few turns at the front, and did a great job leading, and showing me a new (or revamped) trail that I had never ridden. AT FAIRHILL! I was shocked too... Melissa was kind enough to bring recovery carrots once again. Until next time...

Wednesday Standard Volume 7.0

The Wednesday Standard saw the sun break out of a somewhat gray day and warm the park right up. Fun loop tonight, with a couple of longer climbs, which kind of destroyed me. The heavy and sweet smell of honey suckle filled the air and made me sound like I smoked a pack of Marlboro Reds before the ride. Trails were absolutely delicous.

Wednesday Standard Volume 6.o

Wednesday Standard Volume 6: My legs were a little crabby, checked in with Kevin a few times regarding those sensations. He reported similar feelings. Found some flow once we got to a bike drive section. Trail conditions were perfect, everything rolled smoothly. Beautiful evening...

Wedneday Standard Volume 5.0

Fun group tonight. Matt had some inflation issues, but he quickly sorted that out. Joyful cruise around the park. Spring is coming, but she was a little shy tonight- but the sun, the sun was glorious- Melissa had recovery carrots and choclates for after the ride. The chocolate was great. miles and smiles

Wednesday Standard Volume 4.0

Wednesdasy Standard 4.0 looked threatened by impending storms, thankfully, the storms held off. Monk chose a fun route, all close to the parking lot in case the storms came. The forecast also is the reason for the pre-ride selfie. Little Egypt trails are really fun... I'm appreciating them in a way I haven't in a long while. cheers friends.
