Today was a good day. I got to ride with some great people, saw KC, talked to Keith, and despite getting rained on for much of the morning, I spent 4 hours on the bike today.
What a good day to be alive. I am in awe of the riders I got to talk and ride with today. As the Spot Brand Whore I get to represent a great company. Here these riders were representing strength, and life. To me, they cemented the LIVESTRONG idea. They were truly awesome. I'm gonna go kiss my wife now, and tell her that I love her. Never leave it unsaid. Thanks again to KC and all of the Tour of Hope folks for letting me sit in, and ride. It was my extreme honor. Thanks You are all my heroes. Thanks to Tom for driving support, thanks to KC and Pete for letting me tag along. Thanks You are all my heroes.

Training, riding, racing must be a huge high for you - to also
be humbled by it is even greater!
It's not often we get to meet
survivors but being given an
opportunity to join them is truly a gift well deserved. KC knew you'd be up to it and she was right. Thanks for sharing your
experience - it's one of your
greatest blogs!
