Rode Fairhill for an hour after work. Rode it like I meant it. I rested Thursday, and had really good legs. Not quiet a break through effort, it was only an hour, but for me it was my finest hour this year. Lot of climbing, and I felt on top of the gear. Life if good.
Diane and I hit Home Grown for dinner. There was a blue grass band playing with a pretty big following.
That was cool. We had some drinks. I had Jerk Chicken, which was the first time I have had anything Jerk since my Honeymoon, but that is a story for another day. My dinner was excellent, the Magic Hat #9's were the perfect complement. Diane had tomato vodka penne pasta, she reports high marks.
