Blair with the Fanny Pack... I guess if you're Blair you can pull off the fanny pack...

Kid's Race:
I have become king of the Kids race at Granogue, and it's I title I love. I had Chris Vann there to help me out. It was a lot of fun. We had 3 age groups, and I made them all start Le Mans style. Chris asked me, "don't you hate Le man's style? " To which I replied, "yup, that's why we're doing it"

In the second race the top 4 passed each other a lot. The finish line was 10 feet around a 90 degree corner. Coming into the final corner, the top 4 were close together. The kid in 3rd place dove into the inside in a last ditch effort to take the win. In the meantime, he takes down the kid in 1st, and 2nd. Their bikes are all tangled up they are struggling to pull them apart, and get across the line. The kid in 4th makes it through the corner cleanly, and sprints past the pile of bikes for the win. The next three run, push, pull their bikes across the line to fill up the podium. You couldn't have scripted a better finish. And the course, it was surrounded by screaming fans. Running this race, the kids race, is truly one of my favorite things I get to do.
