Keith G is a very good man. Someone I hold in highest regards as a human being. The fact that he is very proficient as a cyclist is a bonus. Keith’s wife and daughter are wonderful. If you pray, please keep them in your prayers. If you don’t please keep them in your thoughts, wish them well, wish them great Karma. Last Sunday I got to ride with Keith, some of my best rides have been with him. Many of my best rides with him are yet to come. God Speed Keith.

It's tough when someone you know gets hit with this, really a thinker.
A few years ago we may not have noticed this sort of thing. With all the awareness being expressed through Lance we are paying close attention. Thanks goes out to the LiveStrong folks for giving us the heads up.
