035: cake practice

no, dear god, no, today's title is not to insinuate that this week's edition of DCCoD cross practice was any less challenging than normal. In fact, I found myself really getting slapped around good tonight. If this trend continues it could be a long hard season.
But with my C3-Athletes Serving Athletes teammate Gunnar Bergey and his awesome dad Randy stopping in on their way home, we felt the need to celebrate with cake.
Actually today is Gunnar's 16th birthday, and L-Web baked an amazing cake to share with the group.

I mean seriously, if you mention cake in front the brothers and sisters of the DCCoD, well shit count on it as eaten.
