Rick has helped me so much this year. I can't begin to thank him enough. And hell just being around Blair makes you 2 things. 1. Tolerant of his high pitch laugh, and 2. a better rider.

Dude I was so embarrassed Saturday. I was just horrendous. In front of my friends, the road guys I train with who never see me race, in front of L-Webb, and worst of all in front of my wife, I sucked. It was so bad. I was humiliated.
