I need some zen too. I've done 50% more trainer rides this week than I normally do.

Most publicly traded companies incorporated in Delaware, but that does not necessarily mean you should, too. Incentives into other countries tend to be large, a California-based company will most likely combine the benefits of this state, because the business will pseudo-foreign companies in California law.
