Monday night after a spirited night of climbing, Buddy the keg breaker, Rotten, Rachael, Monkey and I settled down for a nice meal and a couple of ales. During the course of the meal we started talking about teh funniest movies we have ever seen. We settled on these three for our group:
1. Caddyshack
2. Old School
3. Animal House
Others that got consideration but couldn't get the endorsement of everyone included dumb and dumber, Christmas Vacation, Superbad, Knocked up, and American pie.What did we miss?
Sunday night after showering I walked naked into the bed room and dropped my towel in front of monkey. "take a good look honey, this is as good as it gets. It's all down hill from here..." Somebody hand me another pint of ben and jerry's.

The Big Lebowski
I must have watched part or all of Lebowski 50 times in the last several years.
I haven't gotten into any ice cream yet, but there was a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies when I got home last night. They went great with a Leffe from the fridge.

Wow Supertroopers didn't occur to me, but that may be one of my favorite funny movies of all time.
Also, Office Space... forgot about that one too.
I think I'd take Supertroopers over at least Old School.
I'm surprised Office Space isn't there. You guys must have been pretty wasted to miss that one.

grandma's boy is truly underrated. the ddr scene is a total classic. superbad is an instant classic. i'm not smart enough to "get" the big lebowski, so i will defer to the bigger brains. for my money dumb and dumber is the most re-watchable comedy of all time.
