stopped down Deer Park for the 1/2 priced Nachos today. They were delightful, had great company with Diane, Kathleen and Jaime. Body still feels somewhat beat up from the weekend but much better than the past 2 days. Monday went for a ride and I couldn't sit down because my ass hurt so bad. Commuted by bike today, took the long way around Oxford, the direct route just has too much rush hour traffic. Really enjoyed the path in. Helped me spin the legs out nicely. My ass didn't hurt so much.

Used to be a guy IN Wayne Pa. that drseed up a Scotty dog, with periodical changes in his outfits, some dildo stole it, so he put up a sign pleading for it back, it made the evening news. People rely on stuff like that, it's nice to see someone enjoying themselves and it pulls your head out of your own ass when you're in a bad mood.
