Hey. Had PT tonight, first night of real work. Chris, my PT dude, is really cool. Damn he kicked my ass really good. An hour of stretching, twisting, shocking, lifting. All in the interest of getting better. Anything I can do to heal faster.
Anyway, I posted some picture of fellas I am really proud of. I can't say that I coach these guys, because I don't really. They are all friends of mine who I helped plan their seasons last year. And I have to say, they all did awesome. Their hard work and dedication paid off for each of them, as they all placed in the divisions of the Trek Classic Series, which in my opinion is our regions toughest race series. Like I said, I did little more the write down some intervals on paper, these guys did the work, I was really proud to help, and more importantly to get to associate with these guys.
That's all. Diane's Chicken Pox have finally turned the corner as she looks much better. I swear yesterday she had just walked out of the exorcist. She said to me tonight she was excited that she would get to go outside tomorrow for the first time this week. I said good, be sure to take the trash out. just kidding, I'll take it out. really.
thanks to everyone for their music suggestions, the life you save, may be mine.
respect
marc

don't make FITZY work out so hard that he is not a Clydesdale any more!
that is the short coming of that class
the harder some of the Clydesdales work
the less likely they are to be able to race Clydesdale
one of my key rivals, Bill Davis, is wasting away to nothing....he is around 205 right now
this may have been his last year as a Clydesdale
as for me
I am safe
as my weight is up in the 230ish area, 240ish after the holidays
so if I could get to a desired weight
it would be roughly 220
and it just may happen!
