I swim, like a fish roller skates...

Had PT last night. Instead of having the PT dude smack me around I was in the pool doing some work. My PT guy is named Chris. He is a strapping young lad, very fit, very clean cut. Good guy. He twists me around like a pretzel, makes me suffer a little. I dig that. I feel like I'm taking a roll in my recovery.
In the pool I had 2 women helping me out. JJ and Sam. My guess is JJ is 26, and for the sake of legality I'll say Sam is 20, but I'm fully aware she's probably younger. They were both really nice, but I think they went a little easy on me. I have to admit being in a pool with these 2 women stretching me out, and twisting me, and well touching me in a pool was well weird. First they were young and fit, and as a man who has been married for 5 years, and in a committed relationship for almost 14 years, it was a little odd to be in a pool with 2 young women, twisting, and pushing me around. Don't get me wrong it was totally professional. Professional but I have to admit strange. Anyway. Working in the pool was odd in of itself. For one exercise she has me thrashing around in the water like I am having a seizure. Did you ever see the friends where Phoebe and Rachel go running, and you know Phoebe runs like she did when she was a kid. Yeah, you know totally flailing her arms, just out of control. Well picture me as Phoebe, and I'm in a pool, with water wings on. See what I mean, weird. The other part, was frankly, I needed to suffer more. I don't think they pushed me hard enough last night, it was my first night in the pool, I understand they are testing me out, but frankly, I need to work, I need to feel like I'm doing something to get healed. I want to be better
