Diane and I hosted a small ride with 50 or so of our closest friends last weekend. It was a bit of a scavenger hunt. I gotta say, these guys probably have hundreds of thousands of miles in their legs, and more trail knowledge, and tactical savvy than the rest of the riders combined. How many people have they helped become better riders, racers, cyclists? Each of them a Local Legend in their own right... good stuff...
I was kinda proud to see these guys take the day... I mean it was a fun ride... Good day for sure...
Kurtee kept saying, "we couldn't out gun them, so we have to outsmart them..."
good on them all.
thanks to everyone who came out, everyone had a blast...
