Mark (Elk) Elssasor
Mark is in peak physical condition and is highly skilled in multiple forms of armed and unarmed combat. He is an expert strategist and sharpshooter, and has undergone SEAL (SEa Air Land), UDT (Underwater Demolition Team), and LRPA (Long Range Patrol) training. He is an expert with various firearms, explosives, and bladed weapons. His pain threshold is unbelievably high (he frequently performs surgery on himself without pain medication) and his ability to take punishment borders on the supernatural.

(SPOT) Paul Incognito
Paul is superhumanly strong, able to lift/press approximately 25 tons and punch through barriers as thick as four-inch steel plate. His skin is steel-hard and his muscles and bone tissue super-dense; he can withstand conventional handgun fire at a range of four feet and cannot be cut by the sharpest of blades, although in the event of required surgery his skin can be lacerated by an overpowered medical laser. He can withstand up to one-ton impacts or blasts of 150 pounds of TNT without serious injury, and is impervious to temperature extremes and electrical shocks. His recovery time from injury or trauma is usually one-third that of an ordinary human.

Buddy (the leg breaker) Briggs
According to MTBR files, Buddy, a.k.a. the leg breaker was born Norman Briggs to a well-off family in Alberta, Canada, in the late 1800s. Long-lived due to his mutant healing factor, Buddy has been a sailor, soldier, mercenary, government operative, and spy, amongst others. His involvement with the Weapon X program resulted in him being grafted with a virtually indestructible Adamantium skeleton and fine-tuned to be a brutal killing machine. Brigg’s severed ties with the Canadian government after joining The Mighty Spot Brand Team, and has remained a loyal fixture with the team ever since. Recently, Buddy was brainwashed into acting as an agent of Hydra until reprogramming by MTBR. Buddy is an extremely dangerous and unpredictable foe.

Todd (el Presidente) Forest
Todd has mastered many technological fields, and is an expert on genetic manipulation and engineering, with knowledge far beyond that of contemporary science. He is considered to be a genius in these fields. He can mutate humans in order to give them superhuman powers, or create adult clones of human beings and then manipulate the genetic structures of these clones during their development. He has also learned how to create artificial living beings. Master of Magnetism

Mark (Fitzy) Fitzwater
Mark can transform his body tissue into an organic, steel-like substance that grants him superhuman strength and a high degree of imperviousness to injury. His armored form can withstand ballistic penetration as well as temperature extremes from 70º above absolute zero (-390º F) to approximately 9000º F. Mark cannot become partially or selectively armored; his body is either entirely converted, or not at all. Even his eyes become steel-like.

Marc “fatmarc” Vettori
Marc’s mutant powers relate to the mass, strength, resilience and indestructibility of his obese body. His primary ability is to become virtually immovable at will as long as he is in contact with the ground. He does this by bonding himself to the earth beneath him by force or will, which in effect creates a monodirectional increase of gravity beneath him. This gravity field extends about five feet in radius from his center of balance. Thus if there is sufficient power to uproot him, it would take the ground beneath his feet in an area corresponding to the radius of the field. Through intense concentration, the Marc is able to extend the gravity field beneath him farther than five feet.

Blackened Catfish.

Keith G love rocks like fatmarc loves cake.

Friday night started pretty cool. I was kinda grumpy from a particularly hard week at work. Note I didn't say bad, just hard. So we went to border cafe, I had some slamming blackened catfish, and Diane rocked with some outstanding chicken enchiladas. The meal was awesome; I had a couple of really good margaritas. I sucked them back so fast I got brain freeze, and then a really good buzz going. Okay, I was drunk. My mood was much lighter at this point for sure.

a quick re-group...

Went to Borders next and goofed around for a while. Diane got this and this. I was on a mission for a new book to read, and have spent sometime this week reading about Steve Prefontaine on al gore's internet, so I was super stoked to find a book about him. He said :

" to give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift."

I love shit like that, in a Dan gable, bloody f'ing fist kinda way. I won't give you a book report, but I'll say it's a good read. It gritty and straightforward, without any real flowery shit, kinda like I think Pre was. If you get a chance, it's a worthwhile read. (PRE by Tom Jordan)

Saturday morning headed over to white clay, was supposed to ride with Matty (run forest) and Buddy. Hunter, Matty’s boy was sick, so he was out, somewhere in my diluted mind I thought it would be a good idea to try and shadow Buddy for a morning. With Kurtee, Single Speed Dan and Fortjames in tow, Buddy maestroed us on a masterful loop of WC. Kurtee kept repeating his mantra of the day “base pace”. The thing is the more you sit on Buddy’s wheel, the tougher he is the more he keeps the pressure on. Not in a bad way, but in a Steve Prefontaine, I am tougher than you kinda way. That frankly is one of the things I love about Buddy. After and hour and a half of hanging onto Buddy’s wheel, I was totally shattered and called it a day. The dude ate me up. White clay was pretty devine, some ruts in the fields were rat bastard's rode when they shouldn’t have, but all in all it was certainly a good time.

Matty, Ted and I loaded up the toaster and headed for French Creek. Ted says I drive too slow. I prefer to call it safe...

Sunday we loaded up the toaster and headed to French Creek. I love this place. Only an hour away and just so much fun. The climbing is a little longer that what we have here, and tons of rocks. Rocks are something that we don't get to play on locally.
